How do I place an order online?
Please type in the CHOC web address: www.choc.org, click on the link for the CHOC Shop. From there, you may choose item(s) from the categories menu on the left. If you wish to purchase an item, you may select any the items to be added to your shopping cart. When you are ready to purchase, you are taken to a secure part of our website and will be asked for your ordering information such as address, name, and credit card number.
What is the Shopping Cart and how do I use it?
Using the Shopping Cart is easy. Once you have found an item that interests you, simply click the "Add to Shopping Cart" or the icon that looks like a shopping cart button. This button can be found on any item's detail page, to the right of the price information. When you have finished adding items to your Shopping Cart, click the Shopping Cart icon.
Do I have to purchase every item I put in my Shopping Cart?
If you wish to buy multiple quantities of an item you have placed in your Shopping Cart, change the number in the "Qty." box. Be sure to click the "Update" button at the bottom of your list of Shopping Cart items to confirm any changes. If you wish to delete an item in your Shopping Cart, click the "Delete" button that appears to the extreme right of any item in your Shopping Cart.

What methods of payment can I use online?
When ordering online we only accept major credit cards, such as: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
How is my credit card protected when I order online?
Credit Card security on the Internet is a hot topic and is easily misunderstood. It is very difficult for someone else to get your credit card info from a well-designed SECURE order system. Your credit card number is actually in much more jeopardy when you are handing it to a clerk over a counter or giving it out over a cordless or mobile phone. The Order System is on a Secure Server using SSL encryption of your data.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Can I return an item bought online to the Children's Gift shop at the hospital?
At this time, the hospitals cannot accept returns from purchases made through the online store. Please refer to our return policy for further information.
How can I cancel my order?
Once the order is placed online it will be in our system within 2 to 3 minutes. In an effort to get your order to you as soon as possible, we begin processing orders very early each day. If you wish to cancel, email us at chocshop@chochospital.org as soon as possible. If your order has begun the shipping process when you call, we would not be able to cancel it but we will gladly give you instructions for returning it to us for a full refund including shipping and handling.
