ONLINE PAYMENT REFUND POLICY
All transactions processed on the Children's Hospital of Orange County/CHOC Children's Online Payment are eligible for a refund if the payee would like to cancel a payment.

To request a cancellation:
Donations & Foundation Event payments - contact the Foundation Department at (714)-532-8690.
All other online payments - contact the Web Services Department at the following link: http://www.chocforms.org/about/requestinfo.cfm

Please allow 2 - 3 business days for a refund
